January 2nd, 2019: This Year I Do the Mental Work for Change

this yearToday, in the book TRUST LIFE by Louise Hay the statement on mental change is as follows:

“Many start New Years resolutions on the first day of the year but because you don’t make the internal changes, the resolutions fall away very quickly. Until you make the inner changes and are willing to do the mental work, nothing out there is going to change.”
A quote from the Dalai Lama
“With realization of one’s own potential and self-confidence in one’s ability, one can build a better world.”
~ Dalai Lama

My path of personal exploration brings me to the point of saying:

“It all starts inwardly and Within each of us is a better world and if we can tap into that which is within, we tap into seeing a better world into existence”. It starts with changing thought.”

My first intuitive thought here is we must be willing to embrace the mental work to see the depth of our soul, our spirit.

Ultimately, In the search for ourselves; we don’t always know what that looks like and we may feel that we don’t know the questions to ask to get the answers we want. We begin to feel the experience of being lost to the world. Embracing yourself to do the mental work causes us to use the Christian term “Seek and ye shall find”. In those instances it is matter of faith; it’s a matter of a universal knowingness that brings the flow of creation just below the surface into the light (just like the icebergs above:).

This hidden existence guides us to realize we are so much more than we can see on the surface; we have to go deeper to experience the real I Am. We have to look into the depths of our soul of our spirit.

We are the only ones that can dive deep enough to find and explore the authentic I Am, that which is ultimately Our truest self. Others can help guide us, they can be a conduit of information a catalyst for change a facilitator of healing energy in many ways that helps us to shift, but ultimately we have to take on the task and recognize the shift to do our own mental work to release our everyday shadows.

Those shadows keep us from our infinite good! Opening our hearts brings us forward and towards the knowingness of Faith and that life always has our back. It is said nothing comes to us, that all things come through us. This is the process of Law of attraction. Come to the knowingness that all is in our highest good and that we can change the process at any moment!

When we do our mental work and heal that which keeps us in turmoil and in the neighborhoods of Dramawood, Victimhood and Myrtrville we can then experience and connect to the depths of our existence and use our new mental elasticity with our souls purpose and the power of our spirit to create more than we have ever been able to imagine. We have to get raw with ourselves and realize our power to move out of these neighborhoods. These neighborhoods keep us from the infinite depths of our good.

Mind treatment for today:

I lovingly look at the depths within and create that which makes life more expansive and experience more freedom! I see every experience as a lesson with a blessing and I uncover the depths of my soul and spirit to create a higher vibratory inner world, that which then expresses into the outer world. I have a guru within and that guru knows only good for myself. That which I know for myself I can know for others! In the undercurrent of my soul lies all the answers that bring my highest good to fruition. I go beneath the surface of my existence and now stand in mental clarity. I am grounded physically and connected to my soul to intuitively create my highest expression on this earth.

Have a beautiful day and explore your mental talk today! I will announce a new Heal Your Life workshop this evening scheduled for January 26th and 27th to help you kick start this process!

BIG L💜VE TO ALL!

Carolyn
